Edited images are delivered digitally via Dropbox or a similar service. Hussler Creative is not responsible for technical issues arising from third-party delivery platforms. Images are typically retained for 30 days after delivery, after which it is the client's responsibility to maintain their own backup copies.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Hussler Creative reserves the right to use images from any shoot for portfolio, website, and social media promotion. For private events and portraits, promotional use will be discussed and agreed with the client prior to the shoot.
